Most warehouses have a stucco, concrete, or cinder block exterior, concrete interior, and concrete sidewalks. As you can see in the pictures below the exterior of warehouses will often get dirty especially in the high traffic areas near loading docks and garage doors. The interior will often have some sort of stains from vehicle leaks like gas or oil.
